At work and office, we often set the spreadsheets we make in Excel as print area and non-print area. How to turn the non-print area into gray and the print area into white. Here's how to do it.

First make the spreadsheet you need in Excel

You can see that the printing area remains white, the non-printing area turns gray, and the printing area is surrounded by a blue border. You can drag the blue border with the mouse to expand or shrink the printing area freely.
PS: A more thorough approach would be Select the unwanted first column, Ctrl+Shift+→, right-click - hide. Select the unneeded first line, Ctrl+Shift+↓, right-click - hide.
