2016.10.14 Friday morning note

There is such a sentence in the movie "Quick Snail", no matter how big the dream is, the dream is not big, and the person who chases for the dream is not small. After the Q4 personal planning discussion in the testing department, most of the students' definition of goals is still limited to the level of dreams, and the only job I do is to help them transform their dreams into goals and make dreams illuminate reality.

In fact, there is a difference between a dream and a goal. This difference is like the difference between the leader and the manager that I mentioned in the test department management D exchange yesterday. The dream is always out of reach, and the step-by-step plan you make for the dream can be defined. For your goals, for example, you have a dream of traveling around the world, but when I ask you why you didn't travel around the world, you always say "I don't have the money, or I don't have the time", then you have a dream of traveling around the world. What are the goals of this plan? Can you define a small goal for yourself first, implement it in stages, and determine when and how much capital you need to start for your first small goal? After this determination, do you feel that you are close to your goal? A lot, a good start is half the battle, most people died before the dawn sun came in, and most people deserted before they came to the battlefield.

Starting today, can you dig out the dream of your life step by step to determine the goal?

Well, today I have persisted for the sixth day for my morning diary. I have become the earliest person in the company to come to the company. I have started to have more time to exercise, read, learn and grow every day. I will stick to it all the time, uninstall all the movies, videos, news, and games that have wasted my life, and get rid of mobile phone dependence. Do you feel that you have more time?

What needs to be done today, 1. Send the trouble tickets during 10.1 to the R&D leader 2. Write security tests 3. Weekly meeting of the testing department (personal plan) 4. Optimus Prime tracking

Forget one thing: add, the specification for online data manipulation.
