2. Introduction of main functions

1. Software introduction
CopyQ is an open source, cross-platform clipboard management tool that supports Windows, macOS, and Linux. It can help you manage multiple text, image, HTML and other formats stored in the clipboard, and supports quick retrieval of clipboards when needed. Cutting board content, in addition to supporting global shortcut keys, custom appearance, tags, multi-tab pages (categories), editing and other functions, as well as automatic running commands, such as detecting web links and automatically adding tags and other advanced features.

3. Instructions for use
The editor here takes the Windows system as an example, download the installation package as Zip, and run the exe program directly after decompression
Open the main interface after running, the whole page style is more like Notepad, but there is a row of shortcut buttons on the right. A large blank area on the left is the clipboard list information.
Here, a few pieces of data are cut through the computer, and the presented data is as follows: It can be seen that it supports image, text, and html formats.
Select the content of the clipboard, and then the right-click menu will pop up. The main function is to manage the content of the selected clipboard, such as fixing, marking, adjusting the order, editing the content of the clipboard, and so on.
Software Setup Options
Click File on the toolbar and select Preferences to enter the software settings page
The default setting option is the General tab, where you can mainly set general functions such as software language, long text automatic line wrapping, and always on top.
The Layout tab is mainly for toolbar, tab page layout settings, and transparency settings
The history tab is mainly for setting the number of historical clipboards and the logic of saving clipboards
The tray tab is mainly for setting the tray icon in the lower right corner of the desktop
The notification tab is set for notification-related content
The item tab is set for each type of saved clipboard, such as setting the width and height of the picture for the picture.
The shortcut key tab provides shortcut keys for functions to improve the efficiency of the software.
The Appearance tab sets the theme, background color, foreground color, and font
