This means you'll have to check with your carrier or other retailer if you want to find a discount on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, which will be replaced by the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Interestingly, wireless carriers appear to be following Apple's lead with older iPhone models. Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Mint Mobile and Visible all sell the same models currently offered by Apple. This means that you won't find most of them selling last year's all-new iPhone 13 Pro series, with the exception of Verizon selling older iPhones like the iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
If you want to buy a new iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone Pro Max after the iPhone 15 series is released, you'd be better off checking out retailers like Amazon, Target, or Best Buy.
