2、致程序员：自我实现的出路不只是去BAT
当下，提起互联网和物联网，人们首先想到的普遍都是BAT、TMD、华为等头部公司。
但是，以博世为代表的百年硬件实力积累的外企，其实也在招募程序员。
互联网也好，物联网也罢，从来都不只是新兴公司的事儿，并不是非得“诞生在几十年前的硅谷车库”，才能做出好的互联网公司。

带着天然的优势和对于物联网的敏锐感知，博世，这家133年的企业，早已功成名就，但却仍在寻找突破。

博世的物联网解决方案，主要集中在互联交通、工业4.0、智能家居和智慧城市四个方面。
1、互联交通
很多人都盼望着自动驾驶的来临，期待有一天告别手动操作方向盘，期待不再有交通事故和堵车......
未来，博世物联网可以让车和车之间互联起来，当车辆的数据经过边缘计算和云计算给出控制指令，自动驾驶就得以实现。
有人说，人是永远会出错的，只有机器不会出错。而不会出错的自动驾驶，将降低交通事故数量，也许有一天，车险已经不再需要。
2、工业4.0
总体来说，人类一直在变得越来越富有，由此而来的消费需求升级，必须得由更好的服务和产品来满足。
而工业4.0正是为了更好满足人们的生活和生产活动：工业4.0生产制造过程中的每台设备、每个流程、每件物料都能被追踪，当生产线变得越来越灵活柔性，各种各样人们所需的产品，便可以被生产出来。
比如，在2019 CES展上，博世展示的互联冰箱能实现食品识别与储存建议的全新功能。冰箱内部摄像头可以自动识别约60种水果和蔬菜，并通过手机App建议理想的储存位置，确保用户以最佳方式储存食品，延长食品保鲜期，避免食品浪费。
3、智慧生活：智慧城市和智能家居
什么是智慧生活？智慧，含有有聪明的意思。正如上学时，聪明的学生总能用更短的时间学会同样的课程一样，在物联网时代，做家务的时间也可以被缩短。
比如，原来你每天醒来，得自己花时间冲咖啡，现在有一位隐形高手，在判断你将要醒来时，就已经为你冲好咖啡。伴随着咖啡的醇香，你已经开始了新的一天。
傍晚，你下班回家，机器人检测出屋里空气不好，这时它为你开窗通风，让你到家就能呼吸好空气。
当你行走在回家的路途中，汽车已经给家里发出指令，让机器人打开了热水器，保证你回家就能洗上热水澡。
这样的生活，正是博世想为你提供的。
当越来越多的数据被收集、处理、执行，安全就成为了一个尤为重要的话题。博世目前也已在车联网领域部署网络安全的业务，以防止未来车辆被黑而出现的交通安全隐患。相信未来，个人隐私及数据也能获得更好的保护。
目前，博世已经为车辆内部通讯设立了一个「中央网关」。所谓网关，是指可以在不同的通讯协议之间进行数据传输。博世的这个中央网关，就是在不同域之间通讯的桥梁，博世称其为Cross-Domain Communication，也就是域之间的通讯。在未来的汽车上，十分需要一个扮演中央网关这样角色的部件，便于对所有的车内车外通讯进行管理。如果所有的通讯都经过中央网关，就可以避免了原本ECU之间的直接通讯。
可以说，博世的转型，打破了人们对于博世只是一家制造公司的传统观念。越来越多程序员小哥哥也来到了博世。

博世自动驾驶决策算法工程师小超超表示：“在博世自动驾驶领域，你可以把所学所想转换成代码。结合博世本身强大的硬件实力，让你的想法得以实现并应用。在不久的将来，我们会在道路上看到越来越多搭载着博世自动驾驶系统的车辆，出行安全将得到更加全方位的保障。到那时，我会自豪地说，我是博世自动驾驶的工程师！”
在数据面前脑洞很大的博世人工智能工程师小芸，谈到自己为什么来到博世时表示：“Idea比较多。所以来一家重视和倾听年轻人想法的公司。在人工智能领域，大数据分析是根本。而正是博世在硬件方面的广泛业务覆盖，加上其强大的传感器产品，为我们积累下了大量宝贵数据。基于数据分析不断提出创新解决方案，并有机会得到公司的支持试错创新想法，最终把它进行应用，这很Cool~“
对工作和生活都有点小强迫症的小张表示：“作为互联工业领域的一名程序员，我的每行代码和每次回车都与全球各地的生产价值流息息相关。而博世对于品质的要求从1886年一直延续至今，这就要求我们对每行代码都尤为谨慎。不断优化，直到99.99%的完美。Debug，是一件多么舒坦的事情。”
