Dell R730 server can not enter Ctrl + R disk array setup interface

Environment: Dell R730 server (also applies to the R720, R630, R620, R420, R530)
problem: interface Ctrl + R does not appear after turning on, not to enter the RAID setup interface
troubleshooting steps:
1, boot, press F2 to enter system setup (system setup), click -System BIOS, as shown below:

2, select Boot settings, as shown below:

3. Set to BIOS, as shown below:
   
   4, save the exit, as shown below:
   
   5, restart the server, you can see the interface Crtl + R, then press enter Crtl + R raid setting interface, as shown in FIG. :
   
   6, then enter Crtl + R raid setting interface, as shown below:
