ZCC6501 is a monolithic oscillator / power driver designed for the isolation interface isolated power applications the small size and design. It is 3.3 through
driving a center-tapped primary transformer winding thin V or 5 V DC power supply. Coil may be wound, according to the transformer turns ratio to provide
any isolation voltage.
ZCC6501 consists of a oscillator and a gate driving circuit, a gate driving circuit provides complementary output signals for driving a ground reference N
