structure--the way in witch the parts of something are connected with each other and form a whole,or the thing that these parts make up

detailed--containing and including a lot of  information and details

objective--something that you are trying hard to achieve,especially in bussiness.

resources--all the money ,property,skills ,etc,that you have available to use when you need them.

Business plans

Writing a business is often one of the first things someone does when starting a new business.Writing your business plan dose not have to be first thing you do,but it is something whitch needs to be done.Writhing a business is a good way of looking at the details of the business.Business plans are divided into sections.Every business is different and so is every business plans.One setion that every business plan should have is the general description of the business.

The general Description

In a business plan,the general description tells the reader a bit about everything.It talks about the things in other setions of business plan but in less detail.It tells you about what the business does,it's structure,and where the company wants to be in the future.You can learn a lot about a business just by reading the general description.

O:Thank you,I can give you a more  detaild description of anything you want to know more about.

O:We are going to double sales in the first year.

M:Yes,I read that,Where are you going to find resources to double sales?

O:I think it can be done without extra resources.All we need to is change the structure of the business.

Goal and objectives

A good general description tells you about the business's goal's and objectives,What's the difference between business goals and objectives?Goals are idea about what the business wants to be like in the future,A simple example of goal is 'Have a lot's of  customers from USA'.Objectives are the things whitch the business tries to do to reach it's goals,An example of an on objective could be 'Get 100 customers from the USA in the first year'.Objectives are very clear ,and it is easy to see  if the business reaches them or not.

Other information

A general description should also tell the reader about what is important to the business,it resources ,and who it's customers will be ,It also discusses future  changes in it's industry - for example,growth  - and how these changes will affect the business.

More detailed information about theses things is in other sections of the business plan,But the general description is important because it is usually first section people read。
