【问题解决】curl: (7) Failed to connect to raw.githubusercontent.com port 443: Connection refused

由于某些原因，不知道。

1、通过这个网站查询可用 IP：https://ipaddress.com/website/raw.githubusercontent.com
2、vim /etc/hosts
3、添加一行：【查询到的任一 ip 】raw.githubusercontent.com
4、保存退出，如果 curl 还是不行，用 wget，不要死脑筋。
