Install CentOS7 with U disk

1. Use the latest version of UltraISO to burn the ISO image to the U disk. It
must be the latest version, the trial version can be used, and the operation is as follows:
2. The U disk starts the computer and enters the installation interface.
Under normal circumstances, you should see the following interface:
Select the first item, then press the TAB key, and you will see the following:
3. Modify the command issued by pressing the TAB key in the second step, and modify
the command to: >vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img linux dd quiet
Note here: Online Many articles say that this step is changed to ">vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img inst.stage2=hd:/dev/sdb
quiet" or something, and then if it fails, then cd
/dev command to check the U disk drive letter or something, don't do this , I just wasted a lot of time here, I tried all the devices in the dev directory several times without success, mainly because there are two laptop hard drives, plus the U disk, so I really don't know which device Which is it. . .
So here we directly modify the text after pressing the TAB key to: >vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img linux dd quiet. After changing, press Enter, and then your device list will be listed. In this list, I can clearly identify which one is my U disk if I don’t know Linux. If you don’t believe me, look at the picture below:
Obviously , sdc4 is my U disk, of course, you have to see what your own is, and then you can directly shut down after writing it down (because I once tried to enter the serial number according to the prompt here, but I didn’t expect it to be an infinite loop, I don't know what went wrong or what, so I just shut it down later).
According to the feedback from netizens, entering C here can directly enter the system installation interface without shutting down. You can try it. Since my previous screenshot was incomplete, I can't see the prompt about pressing C anymore. . .
4. Start the computer again through the U disk, continue to modify the command that appeared in step 2,
repeat step 2, and then change the following command to: >vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img inst.stage2=hd:/dev/sdc4 quiet
Sdc4 You have to change it to the name corresponding to your own U disk, and then press Enter. If you did not make a mistake, you should come to the language selection interface, followed by the graphical settings interface.
If there is no error after entering the graphical configuration interface, it can be considered as a success, and the rest is to configure the system according to the prompts.
But when there are always exceptions, if the following error occurs after loading the graphical interface, then restart from step 3 and repeat it carefully.
