In 2022, Inspur Information will incorporate "All in liquid cooling" into the company's development strategy, and deploy liquid cooling in the whole stack. At the level of the whole machine, Inspur Information has realized that the four series of general-purpose servers, high-density servers, complete cabinet servers, and AI servers all support cold plate liquid cooling. In order to promote the industrialization of liquid cooling, Inspur Information has also built Asia's largest liquid cooling data center R&D and production base "Tianchi" with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 units, realizing the industry's first mass delivery of cold plate liquid cooling complete cabinets.
At the program level, Inspur Information provides a full-line layout from outdoor liquid-cooled primary side circulation cold source to indoor CDU, liquid collector, liquid-cooled secondary side circulation, liquid-cooled server, etc., to create a green and energy-saving data center turnkey project for users in an all-round way ; Also according to the characteristics of the customer's geographical environment, help customers adopt natural cooling sources, green electricity direct supply and other methods to save energy and reduce carbon to the greatest extent. For example, the Tianshu liquid-cooled cabinet server jointly released by Inspur Information and JD Cloud has achieved large-scale deployment in the JD Cloud data center, providing basic guarantee and performance improvement for JD 618, Double Eleven, CCTV Spring Festival Gala red envelope interaction in the Year of the Tiger, etc. 34%-56%, helping JD Cloud data centers reduce PUE and achieve energy saving and carbon reduction.
By creating green products and solutions, Inspur Information is taking practical actions to promote the early realization of the "double carbon" goal. Up to now, the data center using Inspur information liquid cooling technology has saved 105 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, which is equivalent to reducing the consumption of 13,000 tons of standard coal and 35,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. annual electricity consumption.
