Inspur Information Tianchi Liquid Cooling Industry Base has realized the standardization, quality and serial production of liquid cooling products, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units. At present, Inspur Information has efficiently delivered liquid-cooled data centers for customers in various industries, saving a total of 105 million kWh of electricity. Li Jinbo, deputy general manager of the product department of Inspur Information Data Center, believes that there are two main types of standards for liquid cooling components, one is design standards, and the other is test standards. On the one hand, different products must form relatively recognized standards, such as the requirements for pressure resistance, heat transfer, and flow rate of liquid cooling components. These specific requirements will gradually form a standard system with the extension of technology. On the other hand, the overall standards and specifications of liquid cooling can only be achieved by realizing the design standards one by one in the testing process and being recognized by the market.
Li Jinbo introduced that Inspur Information united dozens of manufacturers, including server manufacturers, component manufacturers, chip manufacturers, universities, scientific research organizations, etc., and jointly released the first batch of group standards for cold plate liquid cooling core components.
Through close cooperation with the upstream and downstream of the liquid cooling industry chain, Inspur Information actively leads the construction of liquid cooling patents and standards, and promotes the healthy development of the liquid cooling industry. Up to now, Inspur Information has more than 300 core patents in the field of liquid cooling technology, has participated in the formulation and release of more than 10 related design technical standards for cold plate liquid cooling and immersion liquid cooling, and has taken the lead in formulating the "General Specifications for Modular Data Centers" national Standards, leading the establishment of the first batch of domestic group standards for cold plate liquid cooling core components, which has important guiding significance for the rapid development of the liquid cooling industry and the large-scale popularization of liquid cooling technology.
