已解决：自定义全局序列化以及配置文件不生效问题

前段时间 项目配置全局序列化，但是线上又出bug了，原因是全局序列化未生效。
检查很久发现是配置WebMvcConfigurationSupport
所以将全局序列化的配置文件移动到WebMvcConfig 配置了WebMvcConfigurationSupport的类中
为什么会这样呢 请看 继承WebMvcConfigurationSupport类是会导致自动配置失效的原因

• 旧的配置文件
