win10下遇到python 问题和解决方法

WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

处理方法

原因使用conda 安装的python 没有带openssl， 需要自己安装openssl

1. power shell 安装chocolatey， 安装方法参照 https://chocolatey.org/install
2. 使用chocolatey 安装openssl

choco install openssl
