那么在什么情况下，我们需要将一个复杂任务拆分成多个子任务来处理呢？
我们用做一道复杂的菜肴来类比。一个长而复杂的prompt就像试图一次性做完一道复杂的菜肴。你必须同时管理多种原料、烹饪和拿捏时间。要跟踪所有的东西并确保每个部分都被完美地烹制，这可能是一个比较大的挑战。另一方面，链式提示就像给烹饪菜肴分阶段，你一次专注于一个组成部分，确保每个部分都被正确切割，然后再进入下一个阶段。这种方法打破了任务的复杂性，使其更容易管理，减少了出错的可能性。然而，对于一个非常简单的菜肴来说，这种方法是不必要的，而且过于复杂。

对于一个用户的提问，第一步我们可以对用户的提问进行分类并获取任务的上下文信息，然后每个类别都对应不同的子任务。第二步，基于第一步中获取到的上下文信息结合prompt处理对应子任务。这种方式确保模型拥有执行任务所需的必要信息而没有过多的不相关信息，并减少错误的可能性。
另一方面，这种方法可以降低成本。因为更长的提示，意味着更多的Token，系统运行成本更高。
这种方法的另一个好处是，更容易测试排查问题。同时也更方便将人的反馈或操作放到相应的任务流程中。
