安装超级简单，就两行。
sudo yum install texlive-latex
sudo yum install texmaker
之后运行图形界面
texmaker下载IEEE LATEX模板
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
随便打开一个，然后查查，再BUILD
