Oracle DG升级模式到最大保护模式报错ORA-03113

报错信息：
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
Process ID: 54806
Session ID: 5644 Serial number: 5

错误日志信息：
 LGWR: Minimum of 1 applicable standby database required

数据库状态：
 select database_role,protection_mode,protection_level from v$database;
 开启最大可用模式，protection_level为RESYNCHRONIZATION，

 DG的配置存在问题：
 检查点：
 1）log_archive_dest_2参数是否配置正确
 2）standby log是否创建成功
 3）主库是否开启了闪回
 select flashback_on from v$database;
 alter database flashback on;
#如果3点均满足，但是状态依然不对，建议重建standby log
