安装了新版本Anaconda 5.3.1，结果在pip install tensorflow时出现了错误：
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for tensorflow
原因是因为Anaconda 5.3.1中的python是3.7版本，python3.7目前还不支持tensorflow。
所以解决办法是等待适应版本的tensorflow。
当然更好的解决办法是打开你的cmd，输入conda install python=3.5
