首先根据网上的答案配置是
Signing 需要重新配置一下，重新选一下Automatically manage signing
build settings ->code signing Identity 为developer 也就是改下 signing 描述文件的 Type 要是 iOS Development
run -> info ->debug
Product—>Targets—>Build Setting—>Mach-O Type —> Static Library
手机重启 clear Xcode 在打开

发现都不是真正的原因
正确处理是
1.打开钥匙串 ->Apple Worldwide Developer Relations Certification Authority ->双击 并点击信任->选择使用系统默认
2.Comend + Shift + K 清理Xcode 并重新打开Xcode，然后运行即可
