1. Application conditions
(1) A high-tech enterprise that has been registered with industry and commerce in the district and paid taxes;
(2) The number of R&D personnel of manufacturing enterprises shall not be less than 10% of the total number of employees of the enterprise in the year, and the number of R&D personnel of software or technology service enterprises shall not be less than 25% of the total number of employees of the enterprise of the year;
(3) The total research and development expenses of the enterprise in the past three fiscal years account for no less than 5% of the main business income;
(4) The main business income of manufacturing enterprises in the previous year was 20 million to 1 billion yuan; the main business income of software or technology service enterprises in the previous year was 10 million to 1 billion yuan, and the main business of the company in the first three years The average growth rate of revenue or net profit reaches more than 10%;
(5) The enterprise has a strong management team, a sound financial system, a strong market adaptability, and a flexible incentive mechanism.
2. Application method
1. Since the announcement of the notice, applicants should log in to the "Minhang District Science and Technology Innovation Service Platform" → "I want to declare" to make an online declaration. If the online report is completed and submitted successfully, the enterprise needs to be reviewed and recommended by the science and technology management department of the town (sub-district, Xinzhuang Industrial Zone) where the tax payment is located.
2. For the first login of an enterprise, please use the "Corporate One ID Card" and open a secondary enterprise user name and password by yourself (you can directly use the enterprise user name and password for subsequent logins). 3. Application time
1. The start time for the project unit to fill in the online report is 9:00 on March 6, 2023, and the deadline is 17:00 on April 6, 2023.
2. The recommended time for towns, streets, and industrial zones (related parks) ends at 17:00 on April 17, 2023.
4. Support methods
After evaluation, enterprises identified as district-level science and technology giants will be given a subsidy of 500,000 yuan. The total amount of local contributions at the local level is deducted from the total amount of district and town support enjoyed in the previous three years".
