ZCC54XXB series is a high-voltage product,
ultra-low power regulator. This device may allow
up to 50V input voltage. Typical quiescent
current of only 1.6 amps. The device has a fixed
output voltage of 3.3V and 5.0V in
the integrated device having a short-circuit and
thermal shutdown protection.
Although primarily designed for fixed voltage
regulator, the apparatus may be an external
element of a variable voltage is obtained.
