tensorflow ERROR: Cannot uninstall ‘wrapt’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files（已解决）
说明：这是由于之前版本的wrapt包无法正常卸载导致tensorflow无法正常安装的问题。
解决方法，忽略无法卸载的包即可。
问题：

解决方法：
pip install wrapt --ignore-installed
然后问题就可以解决了
