安装TensorFlow出现错误：
ERROR: Cannot uninstall ‘wrapt’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannourately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstal
解决方法：
pip install tensorflow之前
pip install wrapt --ignore-installed
成功解决：
