20250322在荣品的PRO-RK3566开发板的buildroot系统下使用poweroff关机

缘起：在使用gstreamer进行机芯录像烤机的时候，一个分辨率+帧率录像2分钟，然后直接断电关机。
在飞凌的OK3588-C下大概有50%的概率保存的mp4录像不能打开。
为了安全起见，飞凌建议：使用sync同步强制写eMMC之后，使用poweroff关机。
