Ubuntu16.04下安装ROS kinetic

步骤：

1. Ctrl+Alt+T : 在Ubuntu中打开终端
2. 将参考博客中命令复制到终端即可

注意：博客1中，第九步中，利用键盘上方向键控制小乌龟
